A comprehensive coach training integrating the G.R.A.C.E. framework with all eight ICF Core Competencies. Every session includes observed coaching and mentor coaching for accelerated development.

Coaching Essentials

The foundational session introducing coaching as a domain, ICF philosophy and competencies, and essential skills: Meaningful Listening, Powerful Questions, Evoking Awareness, Facilitating Client Growth, the G.E.M. Feedback Model, and ICF Code of Ethics.

G.R.A.C.E. at Work: Deeper Conversations. Unbounded Potential. + Living in a State of G.R.A.C.E.

The complete G.R.A.C.E. framework: Goodwill (Establish), Results (Examine), Authenticity (Explore), Connectivity (Engage), Empowerment (Enrich). Plus the coach’s inner game — presence, resiliency, powerful conversation anatomy, and G.R.A.C.E.-ful feedback.

The Declaration — Your True North (Capstone)

The heart and soul of the G.R.A.C.E. journey. Explore your Champion and Critic stories, discover your best self, craft your Declaration, and commit to being “All In.” Culminates in a Declaration Sharing Ceremony with your cohort.

Coaching in the Somatic Domain

Develop skills in observing and working with the body as a domain of action. Learn breath work, centering, energy rapport, embodied declarations, and how to facilitate the shift from transactional to transformational coaching conversations.

Honoring Individual Differences

Using TetraMap™ as a framework, identify your own and your clients’ natural styles. Learn to flex your communication, build trust across different styles, give feedback in the client’s preferred mode, and ask powerful questions from multiple perspectives.
